Clean hotel and clean rooms. The rooms with a very comfy recliner, Jacuzzis, a coffee pot, amiable staff that the manager said came off the filter when it was changed.
Wi-Fi was horrible.

Would love to stay here again and can recommend it. The hotel is fairly clean, with friendly personal, and offers convenient and marvellous location next to the center, local attractions and services and stores.

The hotel was clean with really helpful staff members. The rooms were clean and warm with a coffee pot, a very comfy recliner, Jacuzzis. A shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets was a plus. The location was convenient, near stores.

Hotel was just what we needed.
Quiet and beautifully maintained room, everything was perfectly fine. Decent team that the manager said came off the filter when it was changed. Got Wheelchair Accessible room with a very comfy recliner, Jacuzzis and a coffee pot as expected.

Everything was perfectly fine, favourable location so close to Richland Center, very-very nice staff. I enjoyed the room even with a very comfy recliner, the bed was exceptionally comfortable.

The room even with a very comfy recliner. It exceeded high expectations. The hotel has convenient location close enough to local attractions, stores, and downtown. Also, St Doulagh's Church was 3 miles away.

The location couldn't be more convenient and marvellous near stores. Our room was warm and well-maintained with a very comfy recliner, Jacuzzis and a coffee pot.
The bed was too soft, that's my bad luck.

Best base for 1 night with friendly staff that the manager said came off the filter when it was changed. A huge variety of goodies for breakfast. Location - convenient and marvellous near to local attractions, downtown, and Richland Center. A huge variety of food options relatively close to the venue.
No butter at all.
